Refund Policy

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is expected for all services, including consulting, training, and workshops.

  • For bookings made more than one week in advance, partial payment may be accepted as agreed.

  • Payment must be received prior to the service date unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

  • Bookings cannot be cancelled within one week of the scheduled service.

  • If a session is cancelled by Pathforward Digital LLC, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Participant Changes

  • Substitutions are allowed for training, workshops, or sessions. You may swap participants at any time before the session begins.

Modifications

  • Pathforward Digital LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to all future bookings.
