Payment Terms

Full payment is expected for all services, including consulting, training, and workshops.

For bookings made more than one week in advance, partial payment may be accepted as agreed.

Payment must be received prior to the service date unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Bookings cannot be cancelled within one week of the scheduled service.

If a session is cancelled by Pathforward Digital LLC, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Participant Changes

Substitutions are allowed for training, workshops, or sessions. You may swap participants at any time before the session begins.

Modifications

Pathforward Digital LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to all future bookings.
